Admission only by registration to event@sri.org.tr

SRII hosts lectures on a regular basis and over themes -usually one to two per semester- chosen by the directors. They take place in the Carl-Gustaf Andrén auditorium, usually on Tuesdays at 19:00. Lecturers include local, Nordic and international scholars and experts on various topics related to the institute's areas of research, sometimes scheduled around a common theme or lecture series. Occasionally, scholarship holders or visiting researchers may be invited to give a lecture if their own work within the field is on an advanced level or in a late or conclusive state of research. Scholarship holders and occasionally visiting researchers are asked to present planned or ongoing research during seminars in the Karin Ådahl meeting room. Other scholarship holders, visiting researchers or guests and visitors are always encouraged to attend, read, listen, ask questions and provide feedback even if the topic lies outside their own fields of study.
